Nirmal Khandelwal aged 74 is the Promoter, Chairman and Whole Time Director of our Company mainly involved in Finance, Sales and Marketing and Corporate governance functions of
the Company. He has more than 29 years of experience in the industry starting from the partnership firm FCML Projects, since 1995.
Nirmal Khandelwal has also been honoured with Rashtriya Udyog Ratna Award for excellence in Hotel Industry.
This award was presented to him on the occasion of the 12th National Seminar on
National Economic Growth Through Individual Contribution on 28th July 2010, at Mumbai.
ABHINAV KHANDELWAL, Managing Director

Abhinav Khandelwal, aged 50 years, is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation in 2003. Prior to that, he was part of the partnership firm FCML Projects, since 1995 which was engaged in the business of providing solutions for various requirements related to the hospitality industry. Under his leadership, the entity expanded its operations and entered the luxury bathroom segment in India in 2001. With over two decades of experience in the industry, he has been involved in strategic planning, marketing, and human resource management. His experience have contributed to the Company's expansion, establishing a presence across major cities in India through a network of architects and franchisees.
SAMEER SAGAR, Non-Executive Director

Sameer Sagar, aged 43 years, is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He was appointed to the Board on May 12, 2025. He holds an LL.B degree and is also an Associate Company Secretary. He has more than 18 years of experience as an advocate. He is also a Director in Burkert India Private Limited and a Designated Partner in Evara Legal LLP

She is currently also serving as a director on the boards of Rebound Rally Private Limited and Ninochaka Holdings Private Limited. She is an Indian national and a professional by occupation.
