  1. Forest Stewardship Council – FSC Certification:  FSC certification is the world’s leading certification system. FSC organization grants forest harvesting for wood floor business, ensuring that the journey of wood from forest to the end consumer is properly catalogued. It ensures that the wood purchased has been harvested following a legal and ethical procedure while safeguarding the forests for future generations. This certification assures that the final product is the outcome of forest managed in accordance to environmental, social and economic standards & parameters.

  2. The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC): The FSC & PEFC is almost the same certification but latter one is the certification essentially for Europe. PEFC is an internationally acclaimed not for profit and a NGO dedicated to the promotion of Sustainable Forest Management.

3. ISO 9001: ISO 9001 certification system verifies quality management system of a company, ensuring that the raw materials & products are processed & maintained accurately.

4. ISO 14001: This particular certification certifies the environmental management system. ISO 14001 specifies the requisites laid for environmental management and this helps the organizations and manufacturers to improve their environmental performance fulfilling their duties for and responsibilities that contribute to sustainable environment.

5. DIBt Certification: DIBt is a European organisation for Technical Approvals.  DIBt provides voluntary approval report to the manufacturers which declares that the product has met the surveillance procedure, annual testing and the production site has been inspected.

6. CE Certified Wood Flooring: CE certification is the European Standard which defines and specifies wood and parquet flooring products including the relevant characteristics, requirements and appropriate test methods to determine its use to be good for internal flooring, including enclosed public transport premises.

7. Formaldehyde Certification: This certification proves the Formaldehyde percentages level within the limits set by the class E1 regulation. Formaldehyde certification ensures and restricts the sourcing of raw material from a right source and thus making the product’s acceptance and easier and higher in the entire market.

8. Solvent Free certification: This certification marking certifies that the material involved in the wood is eco friendly and is toxic free and odorless. It also ensures that there is no emission of solvent in the atmosphere.

9. CARB certification: This certification establishes that the Birch plywood used in construction of floors comply with the formaldehyde emissions standards or off-gassing and ensure that the consumers get assured products which support  a healthy indoor environment.

10. French Certification: This certifies that all manufactures of building materials to declare VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emissions in the form of emission classes and requires mandatory labelling of products. French certification tests and guarantees that the products installed indoors, including floors, must meet emissions requirements for a safe indoor environment.

11. Toy Certification: This comes under EN71-3 regulations that ensure products are safe for children.

12. Reaction to Fire Certification: The properties of fire resistance were determined on the basis of tests conducted in accordance with EN13501-1 or classified as required by EN 1432:2013. It determines the ability of a material, product, or assembly to withstand a fire or provide protection for a period of time.
