Availability of product
(s)
will be confirmed by FCML only after physical
checking of stock. PI will be raised only after
this physical stock checking.
Incase the selected products
are not available then FCML will give another
option for it or will refund the money.
After confirmation of
availability from FCML, deliveries will be made
within 5-7 days and the material cannot be
warehoused thereafter.
Deliveries can be arranged
as per customer’s request on chargeable
basis.
Material to be checked
thoroughly on delivery. FCML will not take any
responsibility for breakages or missing parts
after the material has been delivered and
checked. If the product is not acceptable
because of quality we will provide replacement,
subject to availability of stock or will suggest
an alternate. Alternate product price may not be
same and any price difference will have to borne
by client.
For outstation orders, where
the product is found with breakages or missing
parts the customer will need to claim insurance.
The replacement or alternate product will also
be delivered on ‘charged delivery’ basis.
